About Heart & Soul
Heart and Soul Adventures is run by Adam Robson, more commonly known
simply as Robson, he is a multi disciplined outdoor instructor specialising in paddlesport.
Qualified to an advanced level in both Whitewater Kayak and Open Canoe, as well as a smattering of qualifications in paddleboarding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, sailing, powerboating & hill walking.
Robson has experience across many sectors of the outdoors from taking beginners on their first trip out all the way through bespoke performance coaching & leading expeditions to instructor training for schools, clubs and military personnel.
No matter where you are on your paddlesport journey Robson is devoted to working with you to find solutions to allow you to improve your own skills as well as boost confidence and ultimately continue to have an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
